Here's your Westport Condo Market Update for Monday, February 16 2009.
There are currently 32 active condos on the market. One condo went under deposit this week at 35 Bridge St. an adult community. Additionally one condo closed at that same location. Unit 302 at 35 Bridge St. was on the market for 109 days and closed at it's full asking price of $184,636.
Since 1/1/08 a total of 18 condos have closed in Westport.
