Here's a few more pictures of Bradley Commons in Westport, CT that I wanted to share. On top is a picture of the Lower Level. This is a fantastic bonus area of the condo. It comes standard fully carpeted with all the same exquisite interior trim package as the rest of the home. Buyers will have the opportunity to customize the carpet color or upgrade to hardwood if they prefer. Also located on the Lower Level is a walk out stone paver patio with a privacy partition. Additionally outside is a large common area yard. The Lower Level can be used as a family room, media room, office, or an optional third bedroom. A half or full bath can be added to this level as well. The bottom picture is the stairs going down to the Lower Level.
